Real Estate and The Jersey Shore

Did I tell you before that my parents are looking for a vacation / retirement property? I have been looking around the internet when I get the chance to keep an eye on what is available in the real estate market right now.

They have started to contact realtors in certain areas but they still want to keep looking themselves as well. You never know when you will find that perfect property or a great deal. While I was searching I came across bruce-germinsky-realtor.com. I guess they specialize in
Commercial, retail and high-end residential real estate in Monmouth County.

This agency handles big real estate like Professional & medical class A office space, retail, shopping centers but what caught my eye was the Oceanfront luxury condos, waterfront homes, etc.. I know this was not the area my parents were mainly looking at, but these pictures on the website make me want to move there NOW. Hopefully one day I will be shopping for a beach front property for my husband and our family. Our girls are always asking to go back to the beach. I would love to live near the water.
